MV BioHealth is a wellness platform based in Fort Lee, New Jersey. We connect clients and licensed medical providers with independent, licensed medical professionals and accredited compounding pharmacies. MV BioHealth is not itself a medical provider and does not practice medicine.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- Contact information: name, email, phone number, and address, submitted through our contact form.
- Provider partner information: clinic name, medical provider name, title, gender, NPI number, DEA number, license number, and clinic contact details, submitted through our provider signup process.
- Order information: when a provider partner places an order through our Order Portal, we collect provider and clinic information along with patient information (name, date of birth, gender, phone number) and dosing instructions necessary to fulfill that order through our compounding pharmacy partners.
- Communications: any information you share with us by email or through our forms.
3. How We Use Information
- To operate and improve the Services;
- To process provider partner applications and manage provider accounts;
- To relay order and patient information necessary for our compounding pharmacy partners to fulfill orders;
- To send invoices and process billing through our accounting systems;
- To communicate with you about your account, orders, or inquiries;
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as necessary to operate the Services, including with:
- Independent licensed medical professionals who provide clinical services;
- Accredited 503A and 503B compounding pharmacy partners who fulfill orders;
- Service providers that support our operations, such as hosting (Netlify), form processing, and accounting/invoicing tools (QuickBooks);
- As required by law, regulation, or legal process.
5. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information submitted through our Services. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

You may contact us at any time to ask about the information we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion, subject to our legal and recordkeeping obligations.
