Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mvbiohealth.com and related tools, including our Provider Portal, Provider Platform, and Order Portal (together, the "Services"), operated by MV BioHealth Longevity & Wellness LLC ("MV BioHealth," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

MV BioHealth is a wellness platform. MV BioHealth is not a medical provider and does not itself practice medicine, diagnose conditions, or prescribe medication. All clinical services — including consultations and prescribing — are delivered by independent, licensed medical professionals who are not employees of MV BioHealth.

2. Eligibility

The general site is available to the public for informational purposes. Access to the Provider Portal, Provider Platform, and Order Portal is restricted to licensed medical providers who have been approved as MV BioHealth provider partners. By requesting access, you represent that you hold all licenses, registrations, and credentials required by law to order and administer the products and services available through the Services.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Content on this site is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Nothing on this site should be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical questions or conditions.

4. Provider Ordering

Provider partners may submit orders through the Order Portal. All orders are subject to review and confirmation by MV BioHealth. Prices shown reflect MV BioHealth's pricing and are separate from, and may differ from, wholesale pricing charged by our compounding pharmacy partners. Provider partners are responsible for ensuring that all patient information, dosing instructions, and compounding necessity attestations submitted with an order are accurate and medically appropriate for the specific patient.

5. Payment & Billing

Orders and partnership subscriptions are invoiced separately following submission. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of invoicing. MV BioHealth reserves the right to decline or cancel any order or account for non-payment or suspected misuse.

6. Products & Fulfillment

Products ordered through the Services are compounded and fulfilled by accredited 503A and/or 503B compounding pharmacy partners, not by MV BioHealth directly. MV BioHealth does not guarantee availability, shipping timelines, or delivery to all locations.

7. Account Responsibilities

Provider partners are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access codes issued to them and for all activity that occurs under their account. Access codes are not to be shared outside your practice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, and branding, is the property of MV BioHealth or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MV BioHealth is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services, including but not limited to damages arising from clinical decisions made by independent licensed providers or from products fulfilled by third-party pharmacy partners.

10. Termination

MV BioHealth may suspend or terminate access to the Services, including provider partner access, at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
